Fall Season

The Fall Season is our primary season, with over 250 players ranging in divisions from 6U through 18U.  Registration for the Fall Season usually occurs during the Spring in May/July. To have guaranteed team placement, you should plan to register early, before the early-summer cut-off, otherwise your child will be placed on a wait list.

6U and older

Practices usually start mid to late August. Regular season games  start just after Labor Day weekend and continue on through the last week in October for 6U and 8U. 10U through 18U teams in good standing will participate in a Regional tournament in early to mid November.  Winners from the Regional tournament have the option of attending an Area tournament.  Teams that win the Area tournament will advance to the Section tournament in early December (usually played in Foster City) and the winner of the Section tournament will advance to the State tournament in March.

All games are held on Saturdays.  If your team is on an Area team, you will be considered a traveling team and will travel to Winters, Esparto/Capay, Davis or Antelope.

Each player intending on playing in any of the AYSO seasons (Fall or Select) needs to be registered. See the registration tab for more information about registration.

AYSO Playground Soccer is designed for 3-5-year-olds. This innovative FMS (fundamental motor skills) based program features Activity Leaders, certified through the AYSO National Coaching Program, who understand the needs and capabilities of this age group and are sensitive to the needs and bonding experience of the parent.

There is no competition in AYSO Playground Soccer! The goal of AYSO Playground is to allow kids to develop fundamental motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction in a fun and safe AYSO environment. Children get to gradually discover the game for themselves while bonding with parents or guardians.

We offer a program in the Fall Season specifically for 3 year olds.
